My car salesman Rhandal Remonvil made the car buying process very smooth. He saved me over a $1,000 by mentioning Acura's conquest rebate. I am grateful for doing this transaction with Rhandal because he put in the extra effort to make sure that I would not have any problems with my car insurance in the future due to my middle name initial being absent from my auto insurance card. This mistake was only corrected because of Rhandal's knowledge and experience with New York car insurance laws. ”

“ I came in here on Saturday to get an oil change on my 2023 Integra and ended up leaving with a new car. Addys was awesome and helped me get a great deal on one of the new ADXs. He was super knowledgeable about all the different trims and options and made the whole experience really stress free. Javier, the sales manager was also very helpful when I was signing all the paperwork. When I came back on Monday to pick up my ADX, Anneliese the finance manager had all my paperwork ready and explained everything to me as we went through it. She had me in and out very quickly and didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything else that I didn’t want which I appreciated. Addys once again was great and he went over the car/features with me and set the car up so I didn’t need to deal with that on my own time. Warren was as transparent from the initial phone call to the last phone call on my return lease to the new lease.Warren was very direct and gave the best offer to make it happen as also to help me into the MDX from a TLX to alleviate my syadica. “ Unprofessional and incompetent staff here. I came to get a lease on a new car. Usually, there are no issues getting a car from any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The expectation for the process was that it would run smoothly and without any obstacles, but that was not the case this time. The person who works in the finance department - Annalisa - is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She made mistakes in my application 3 times! You need to watch and double-check every letter and digit she puts into forms. Besides that, she ran a hard inquiry on my credit 3 times on 3 different days, 2 of them were with wrong information and I need to deal with the credit bureau now to remove the wrong information from my reports. All of the people who work with documents and finances that I have ever met were professionals, but not this person! Really disappointed with this experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. ”
