“ Unprofessional and incompetent staff here. I came to get a lease on a new car. Usually, there are no issues getting a car from any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The expectation for the process was that it would run smoothly and without any obstacles, but that was not the case this time. The person who works in the finance department - Annalisa - is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She made mistakes in my application 3 times! You need to watch and double-check every letter and digit she puts into forms. Besides that, she ran a hard inquiry on my credit 3 times on 3 different days, 2 of them were with wrong information and I need to deal with the credit bureau now to remove the wrong information from my reports. All of the people who work with documents and finances that I have ever met were professionals, but not this person! Really disappointed with this experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. ”
