Had a problem with car not starting Called Charlie- Gave me all the info for n/c road assistance Charlie explained my warranty covered what he was quite certain the problem was. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable,professional and friendly. Every experience with service is handled quickly, efficiently and honestly. The confidence in Acura service and particularly Charlie's handling of any situation I've had is superb. So nice to deal with a Class A service dept and representative like Charles Wiener.
Visited the service shop to fix a broken rear windshield wiper (too much snow). I was greeted by my usual service rep Charlie, so I knew I was in good hands and will be treated right. He informed me that it was just a new wiper cover and it was only $25 and got me in and out in no time...and even washed my car. I've been to this shop a few times (routine maintenance) and Charlie has been 5 stars each and every time. He is an invaluable asset to that business and will treat you like family. Amazing vehicle, incredible customer service by Charlie = lifelong customer. Keep up the good work Charlie!
Acura of Huntington is my go to dealership ,even if not the closest . The staff is super friendly and professional. I was greeted by Tom. He's easygoing and knows his stuff. I like the idea of having my car serviced by highly trained mechanics using OE parts.

The dealership was great. The service associate Charlie kept me up to date on everything. Even offered me a room so I could take a conference call Car was completed when promised and they did a great job cleaning the car after the work was done.
